POLICIES & PROCEDURES | Esthetics by Elizabeth, LLC

• Cancellation Policy: Here at Esthetics by Elizabeth, we understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. If we are unable to fill the time slot we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (deposit) to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session. Please keep in mind that appointments are scheduled back-to-back and when your appointment runs late it impedes on following appointments which inconveniences other clients. • No Show Policy: We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.
• Late Policy: Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early, with no makeup and very clean lashes. If you are running late we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to apply the no show policy. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.
• Lash Fill Policy: 40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. Regular fill appointments are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness of your lash extensions.

• Lash Aftercare: Proper aftercare instructions will be provided to ensure the longevity of your lash extensions.

Bridal Makeup 

• Consultation: A consultation is required for all bridal makeup services to discuss your wedding vision, makeup preferences, and bridal party details. A signed contract and $100 deposit are required to secure your wedding date. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of services.
• Makeup Trial: A trial makeup session is highly recommended before the wedding day to ensure your satisfaction with the look.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the wedding.
• Travel Fees: Additional travel fees may apply for on-location services outside of our studio.
